car pulling to the right

Registered

My car pulls to the right for some reason on the highway. When I took to service, they did alignment, but the car STILL pulls to the right.

Maybe I need to rotation instead? When I asked my service adviser to instead do a rotation he said for BMW it is not good to do rotation this early. Is that true?

I have 15K miles, about 6mm tire tread depth. The car still pulls to the right..

X3 pulls to the right after alignment & tire change

I have a 2014 X3 that was a certified, pre-owned car from the dealer. I do not drive more than 6,000 miles a year, yet this car has a chronic pull to the right. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times to fix the pull to the right. I paid for alignment the first time. The second time they put the car on the computers to check alignment, toe-in & toe-out, recheck alignment, and anything else «the computers could measure». Third visit, the dealer paid for a new set of non-Michelin tires which seemed to solve the problem. until 3,000 miles later when the tires are seated, the pull is back.

Does anyone have any ideas what this problem could be? I am not sure if the dealer is jerking me around, or if the problem goes deeper beyond what they have been willing to investigate. Headed back for 4th visit on this problem.

Thanks for the suggestions!

You may receive further assistance by posting in the x3 F25 section of bimmerfest. Those guys are more familiar to the x3 and their issues.
