odometer display

yesterday, i noticed that the odometer reading is no longer displayed. what i see is the total for trip A.

the total for that doesn’t look like it is the correct total either as i’ve never specifically reset trip A, so, it should match the odometer total.

i’ve not touched anything to change what is displayed. any ideas.

it’s showing 1,689.4 miles.

i’ve never reset trip A or trip B because i don’t even know how to make either one display.

so, i have absolutely NO IDEA why this is showing now — and the odometer reading is NOT showing.

thanks, that doesn’t help/doesn’t apply here to the issue i asked about.

which was that the button at the top of the dashboard must have been hit, when i tapped it, the odometer reading showed up again.

that video is for 2016 model.

my display on the dash board window is a little different from what is shown there.

the button on the top of the dashboard — as shown in the video — is what changes what is displayed: odometer, trip A, trip B.

there’s another button on the steering wheel that resets the mpg info and that is all i’ve ever done anything with.

i must have hit that button on the dashboard top with a bag/package when i picked it up from the passenger seat — that’s the only explanation other than some kind of electrical issue. i’m kind of thinking there is some electrical issue because i’ve noted that the odometer reading has disappeared/ reappeared at least twice before this and those times i did not touch that grey button on the dashboard to fix/change what is displayed.
