AndroidAuto is not a built in app in the car but a mirror view of the app on your smartphone.
You can download it on your smartphone via the play store.

sadly you guys would be RIGHT if it wasnt a chinese car.

in China there is NO google android auto available in the cars. their only option is Apple Carplay and Baidu Carlife.

Only usable option i saw is buying these android boxes which uses mirrorlink to show it on screen. does it work? yes, but it isnt great using it. its not native and slow responsiveness.

Last option is to try it enable it in the infotainment with coding [odb11/odis].. which is the only valid option if you want it using it directly on your phone.

I am surprised that they would actually remove it — more likely that some module coding is used turn it on and off.

I assume you can still pair the phone for making calls.
